Product
Professional claims, cross-referenced.
One report that shows where a candidate's story aligns across sources, where it differs, and exactly which claims are worth a conversation.
Cross-reference candidate claims
Compare information across CV, LinkedIn and GitHub in a single pass, with every finding traced back to the source it came from.
Candidate Consistency Score
A simple score that highlights how closely the available information aligns, broken into employment, technical, project and profile consistency.
Employment history comparison
Compare companies, job titles and dates side by side, with roles listed in only one source marked as such rather than as a discrepancy.
Technical evidence
Identify technical skills and projects that appear supported by available evidence, using public GitHub activity where a profile is supplied.
Claims worth investigating
Highlight specific claims that may warrant deeper questioning, with a plain explanation of why each one was raised.
Interview questions
Generate targeted questions based on the candidate's highest-value claims, ready to take straight into the conversation.
Sources
Where the evidence comes from.
Verichi is deliberate about what it uses and how it gets it.
CV / resume
PDF or DOCX. Text is extracted, claims are structured, and the original file is stored privately against your account.
Professional profile
Verichi does not scrape LinkedIn. Profile data enters through information you supply, or through an approved data provider once connected.
Public GitHub
Public profile, repositories, languages, descriptions and activity dates via the official GitHub API. Private repositories are never touched.
Ask Verichi
Every report includes an assistant that answers only from what the report contains. Ask what stands out, how credible a specific area of experience looks, or what to cover in the interview — and get an answer that separates evidence from inference.
Does anything stand out?
How credible is their AWS experience?
Which claims should I investigate?
Answers are grounded in the report and clearly labelled when the report cannot answer the question.
Responsible by design
Built with responsible hiring in mind.
Human-in-the-loop
Verichi provides information to support human decision-making. It does not automatically reject candidates.
Evidence-based
Verichi distinguishes between a contradiction and simply having no public evidence.
Transparent
Reports explain why something was flagged.
Privacy-conscious
Only the information necessary for the verification process is used.
Verichi is a decision-support tool. It should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions. Verichi does not assess candidates on race, gender, age, nationality, religion, disability, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic, and does not infer them.
