About

Better hiring conversations, backed by evidence.

Verichi was built for the moment before an interview — when you have a CV, a profile, a shortlist deadline, and not enough time to corroborate any of it.

Why we built it

Hiring teams routinely make consequential decisions from documents that were written to persuade. That isn't dishonesty — it's how CVs work. But it leaves recruiters guessing about which parts of a story are load-bearing.

Existing tools tend to swing to one extreme: shallow keyword matching, or invasive screening that treats candidates as suspects. Neither helps you have a better conversation.

Verichi takes the middle path. It brings the available sources together, shows where the story aligns and where it differs, and hands the judgement back to you.

What we believe

Evidence over assumption

A missing data point is not a red flag. We say what we can see, and we say plainly when we can't see anything.

Transparency over black boxes

Every score movement is a rule you can read. If Verichi flags something, it tells you why.

Questions over verdicts

The most valuable output of a report isn't a number — it's the question you take into the interview.

Fairness by construction

Verichi never evaluates protected characteristics, and never infers them. It looks at professional claims only.

Responsible by design

Built with responsible hiring in mind.

Human-in-the-loop

Verichi provides information to support human decision-making. It does not automatically reject candidates.

Evidence-based

Verichi distinguishes between a contradiction and simply having no public evidence.

Transparent

Reports explain why something was flagged.

Privacy-conscious

Only the information necessary for the verification process is used.

Verichi is a decision-support tool. It should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions. Verichi does not assess candidates on race, gender, age, nationality, religion, disability, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic, and does not infer them.
